This means that if you start playing on one device, your achievements, levels, and scores won’t carry over to a new device automatically. What to Do Without Syncing
If you’re changing devices and want to try recovering your progress, contact Playdoku support team with details such as your player ID. While syncing isn’t available, support may offer guidance or solutions to help transfer your progress manually if possible.
